Mamas own flavoured kofta mixed with mamas spices added in garlic powder, onion powder, garam masala mixed in a thick gravy of onions, garlic & ginger with a dash of chillis, tomatoes, coriander and Mehti (fenugreek leaves) 
Serving comes as follows 2 kofta with 1 or 2 eggs can come in mild or hot
